By using PetGo you accept these terms. This is a placeholder version meant for the prototype and will be replaced with the final commercial terms before launch.
Use of the service
PetGo is an online pet supplies store. To place orders you must be of legal age and provide truthful information when registering.
Orders and payment
The prototype accepts card payment and cash on delivery. Prices include applicable sales tax where required by law. Every order is confirmed via email and inside your account's orders section.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products. Perishable items and veterinary prescriptions are non-returnable.
Liability
PetGo is provided 'as is' during the prototype phase. We are not liable for interruptions, demo data or known issues of the test environment.
